Orthodontic treatment is an excellent investment in an individual’s health and well being. We believe financial considerations should not be an obstacle to obtaining this important health benefit. Our office is dedicated to your health and will make every effort to make orthodontics affordable. We are sensitive to the fact that different people have different needs, and offer a variety of payment options:
  • Traditional initial payment plan
    A down payment at the start of treatment (usually 25%, but could be less in certain cases) with the balance paid in monthly payments over the estimated length of treatment. There are no interest charges with this option.
  • Full payment discount
    A discount of 5% is given for payment in full at the beginning of treatment. The amount of discount may vary with the interest rate environment. The discount is reduced by 2% if a credit card is used.
  • Orthodontists Fee Plan (OFP)
    OFP is a plan administered by CapitolOne Healthcare Financial and endorsed by the American Association of Orthodontists that offers
  • Customized plan
    If none of the above options work for you, please contact our financial coordinator to see if we can work out an individual plan suited to your needs.

Insurance
We will be happy to assist you in determining whether your insurance company will cover your orthodontic treatment and the amount of your benefits. If your company does provide benefits, we will be happy to take care of the insurance paper work and file your claim for you. Please provide our office with your insurance information either prior to or at your first visit. If you have any questions regarding insurance, please contact our financial coordinator or patient treatment coordinator.
